ost insurance providers cover individual and group therapy. Other forms of treatment such couples, family, and sex therapy are rarely covered by insurance. The following is a list of insurance providers that I can bill directly for your treatment as an in- network provider:

Insurance Coverage

 
  1. Premera Blue Cross (all plans including Heritage Plus and Microsoft)
  2. Regence Blue Shield (all plans including Selections, Regence Care, and Federal)
  3. Blue Cross/Blue Shield (coverage varies from state to state)
  4. First Choice (all the Payees listed under First Choice)
  5. Managed Health Network (including MHN EAP provisions)

It is possible, that even if I am not currently on your insurance provider panel that I can bill your insurance as an out of network provider at a lower percentage of coverage than in-network.

  4. PacificCare
  5. United HealthCare
